What Practical Tips Can You Use to Build Your List?
You can do four things to increase your email list.

1. Increase trust. In your sidebar, include a link to the "most popular stories". These facts will be seen by new leads as a vote for confidence and they will trust you more with their information. If you have more than 10,000 subscribers and a large number of stories that people have read, there must be something special about you.

2. Strategically place your email request box in 3 obvious places
- Asking for email addresses is an excellent place to use your "About" page. Prospects will read your "About page" to assess your credibility. This page is great for obtaining contact information if they are interested in what you have to offer.

After every post, request an email address. If they read the entire post, it means they are interested enough to continue reading. It should be easy for them to receive notifications whenever you post something.

-Insert a request to email addresses in the sidebar. Sidebars get noticed. Sidebars are noticed, especially if there is a box with information and a request for email.
